National Underground Review 31710 -
New York became a bit more Irish yesterday. At the National on E. Houston together with friends Kendizzle, a terrific Jamaican percussionist, and sweet Frances on vocals and shaker we played such greats as Dirty Old town, The Wild Rover, Fields Of Athenry and Wild Mountain Thyme. Songs Irish folk an folk the warl o'er lift there voices in sang an' merriment on occassions such as these. Hope you are having a wonderful day and continue to do so.
Lo'e an' licht.
Mike

The Spontaneous Language of The Heart

Robert Burns once commented that he "never had the least thought or inclination of turning poet till I got once heartily in love, and then rhyme and song were, in a manner, the spontaneous language of my heart." This web page is dedicated to the Spontaneous Language of The Heart. Share how Burns's Spontaneous Language of The Heart touched your life.
